For some reason, during our final taxi to the runway to take off, the music came back on. So while we were rotating, "You Sexy Thing" was blaring.
It was absolutely amazing. The entire plane was hysterically laughing.
It's only happened once, but I wish it would happen more.
I find, from experience, that on domestic/transborder routes especially on the narrow bodies (i.e. 3XX) that they tend to actually play regular radio/pop/jazz music. On int'l flights or widebodies they tend to play that weird psychodelic music with the animal/plant video.
I vote they should play "Wild Thing" by Tone Loc, or "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred
