Some interesting answers already. I've checked the Hilton facilities in London and that's about in my budget for the basic rooms. I guess I could get to gold within a year especially I'm thinking of moving to the Hilton serviced appartment in Colombo. Will be there again in 2 weeks. With the upgrades Hilton offers look like quite good deals.

I've already registered for a HH membership, what is the procedure to obtain a fast track? I can always use hiltons facilities as well in other cities if it's so advantageous to go through that fast track.

Besides can we rely on Hilton's website claim that they're offering the cheaper prices around? It would save quite some time when booking, but twice already in Colombo the website is not offering -for the hotel not the serviced apartment- any fare while some agents in town can get good deals.

Lastly I'm opening the same thread in the london section hoping that the mod could move or close this one if necessary.
