Galileo is having a half price promotion Sunday through Tuesday for member of their e-mail list and 1789 has a three course dinner for $35.
Galileo does this throughout the year, though it's much easier to get a table in the summer! But that doesn't mean the Galileo cooking classes are easier to get into ----everything is close to full within hours of the email going out.
as for blue duck tavern, I'd been in touch with the hotel after Melrose shut down. I'm Diamond, but I'd first thought I'd gotten the promo because of my interest in the changes and BDT. It'll be interesting to see the criteria for this one!
