I just stayed at the Lombard Hyatt Place about 2 weeks ago. I had to make the reservation with Amerisuites. Stayed 2 nights and 1 night was a GP award for only 3000 points. Got an AAA rate of 89 but got the HP500 bonus, 3000 Amerisuites bonus and the hotel was offering double GP points. I didn't get a stay credit for my one paid night but I can't complain. Essentially I got the room for $45/night and added 1034 GP points to my account.

The room was nice but they are still working out the service kinks. Layout and furniture was much better than an Amerisuites property. Construction was still going on but they should be finished remodelling soon. While I was at the front desk, I saw a Hotwire inventory report so I guess some of their rooms are sold through that channel. When I stayed, it was almost completely sold out.
