Yeah, it isn't so bad. Delta would've done a lot worse: Replace the bartender with a kiosk and a phone. Wait on the line for 20 minutes to talk to India to request your drink. After 4-5 minutes of having to explain what a "screwdriver" is, you give up, and just ask for a Budweiser. "Michael" says it would be his pleasure to assist you with your beverage selection, confirms you ordered a "Bood-viser," and out pops a gin and tonic.

Then you insert your tip into the dollar-bill reader in the kiosk.
