Spot on, Parrot. Charlie Blades is one of the best barkeeps I've ever run across, much less in a PC. However, as it appears he's outsourced already, perhaps outsourcing may not lead to a dilution of service quality (or drinks). The Loss of Jim from the EWR C PC (by the international gates) would be unfortunate.
