even the kiosk-printed receipts are not as good as the ones agents print. they've gotten better -- the fare construction line is now shown -- but they do not show information on exchanges. at some point in my trip, i always have an agent print a receipt for me. (i do this on all airlines -- i prefer to submit something the airline printed over something i printed.) if you are sticker-upgraded, it will show the coach fare class and basis. if you are miles/vip upgraded, it will show the upgraded fare class and a coach fare basis followed by the upgrade designator.
