For me as a frequent flyer bella italia and my main apt Falconara is a little strange somehow. There are nearly no HON-benefits at all: no priority check-in, no lounge, in italy the telephone check-in on the so called HON-hotline works badly and it is an apt with no etix-facility so I have to pay an extra of € 10 for every ticket issud. The problem is, that AOI Falconara works with the Alitalia system and that's a real pity. Blocked seats on my EN-flights between AOI and MUC mostly are a question of random and IMO very, very rare.
