Yeah, right. According to several call center agents I talked to last week, there's no such thing as LH flight filekeys, no such thing as phone check-in on *A partner carrier paper tickets, no such thing as a flight showing "Y1" being overbooked etc. etc.
I may agree with the assumption that for non-HONs there's no such thing as a competent LH agent, at least not outside of Kassel.
