I have a Sony Ericcson T630, which replaced my T610. T-Mobile service

It does everything you ask except EDGE data (I do not know what that is), although it is also a 'candy-bar' phone (I prefer that type).

It syncs perfectly with Outlook (at home) and Lotus Notes (at work), calendar and contacts. Just set up the bluetooth configuration for PIM sync. It's easy.

There's also a freeware program called 'Float's Mobile Agent', or FMA, easy to find with a search. It is a nice simple way to sync to your PC without using outlook, and also do anything on your phone through the PC.

I regularly use it to gain internet access on my laptop. Via bluetooth (stays in my pocket). It's very convenient at the airport. $19.99/mo for unlimited Internet. A fair bit slower than Verizon but also much cheaper.

I am a big fan of the Sony phones. I imagine almost any medium to high end Sony will do all this just as well as mine. Hopefully you can find one that has EDGE.
