We stayed at the Renaissance Wailea in June. The resort was OK, the pool was very small, as was the beach area. Rooms were comfy, but dated. Our room did give us a great view of the ocean, with a balcony. It's an older resort, so the newer ones have more amenities, bigger pools, more activities, etc.
