Have you forwarded a copy of the primo UA reciept to the AA Web Services people?? Probably snail or fax would be required.

I also hate the way the eTicket receipt is. I cannot present it well to my client .. I always ask for a reciept from the ticket counter. Part of the issue is that when the aa.com reciept is printed AFTER an upgrade clears (comp in my case as EXP so client should not care about it) the higher class lists. Many Accountants would have a coronary seeing First or Business on a reciept!

Secondly, what does UA do with all the legal-ese that AA prints on the 2 subsequent pages?? I doubt if the expensive legal minds will allow it to be eliminated..I really am surprised they do not print it in a FAR smaller font (like barely readable!).

Since I have a suspicision that AA's crack web-programmers are locked into a window-less room in Dallas somewhere .. and they NEVER travel on business (of personal!) .. they really have VERY LITTLE ideas of what we road warriors have to go thru. Perhpas Focus Groups would be a huge benefit for them (I volunteer MM'ers for this group!).

I'm just wondering WHEN AA will start printing marketing stuff on the receipts/itinerary/OLCI papers .. like $50 A DAY AC PASSES! Or pre-paid chits for buy-onboard boxes!
