I could be wrong, but I believe CP is considered below 1K, but above 1P on UA. When flying standby on UA ex-PHL I was paged to the desk as the 1st standby cleared along with 2 1P's. The agent said "I only have 1 non-middle E+ seat left and you have the highest status and he gave me the window. The 2 1P's were then offered aisle or window in E- or middle in E+.
