Hi, first post here (been too busy traveling).

I currently have an i-mate SP3i smart phone. There are a few features I really don't like about the platform so I'm looking for something else. I also don't like blackberry devices. At least I don't like the ones I've seen and I've seen most.

What I want in a new phone (most to least important):
1. Syncs at least my contacts with my computer. Typing them in on a full sized keyboard is soooo much nicer! And I refuse to type in my hundreds of contacts on a phone pad if I get a new phone. Syncing w/ Outlook contacts would be awesome, but not required. Syncing with something on my computer is required.
2. Small / decent looks / probably clamshell, maybe a slider or twist. I'm not a fan of the candy bar form factor phone I have now.
3. Supports EDGE data
4. Supports at Bluetooth (at least version 1.2)
5. Would like to be able to use it as a modem for my laptop (via bluetooth would be nice, via cable would be acceptable)

I like the RAZR a lot, is there some way to sync contacts with my computer that I'm missing? Do any other phones support that feature?

I really don't want another smart phone, but if that's the only way I get synced contacts I guess I'll have to do it.
