DL, wake up and smell the roses. No self respecting business person will want to fly transcons on a 757 in your F cabin. You are driving away more revenue rich customers by making this change. You had a great product for this route and let Leo ruin it. Bring back the domestic B/E brand and sell it properly to the public. I would rather fly on B6 that a DL 757 in F. There is no value to me with this type of service, so I might as well pay far less on B6 and save my money. Mind you, I have always purchased K+ fares on this route, and when the switch is made to four 757's, I will be forced to switch and burn all of my miles.

I hope that a DL lurker reads this and passes it along to Gerald Grinstein.

I agree with you, my onlly problem is now which airline? Here in SFO United is or rather was the big guy. Service got bad, but is now getting better, but I don't trust them.
Most of my travel is international anyway. Used to use Swissair a lot, but they went downhill. Have been happy with Air France, but my problem is more domestic. DL has become so bad on the West Coast, that I don't know what to do anymore?
