If it is a safety of flight issue, please notify us immediately. If it is a nuisance issue, please notify us before landing, so that we may log it into the book and be radioed in ahead of time. This will help ensure it gets fixed, or at least noted at the next station. If you hand it to us upon deplaning, chances are the pilots may well be gone, and the note will not be seen by them.
