To me there is no question here -- BA wins. Others may disagree, however, as there are some big fans of the AA First Suite on this board. I've never flown the FS.
I've flown VS Upper Class. It's a fantastic J class product, but the seat is not as comfortable when reclining (it flips over to create the flat bed).
