I'm trying to book a cheap ticket to Baltimore and am finding some ok deals from OAK-DCA or OAK-IAD (of course I can't find anything good for BWI right now). The IAD flight is the morning non-stop and obviously the DCA flight is a connection. I'm going to attempt to use mass transit (Amtrak?) to get to Baltimore downtown. Is there much of a difference between DCA and IAD?

I'm guessing DCA is better, but its a 6 am departure vs 7:30 for IAD
