I, fortunately, had the opportunity to ride in First on a recent trip with an outstanding crew. I asked the crew leader for her name/ID because I wanted to let Delta know that their staff were doing an outstanding job. She gladly gave me the info and thanked me for taking the time to let them know.

So my question is... what's the best place to send a letter like this? I prefer to send a letter in the mail as I feel it has more impact than an email or fax. If anyone can provide an address (or eve better, a contact) to send this to?
