Quick update - sitting here in HKG lounge.

Today's (7/30) 895 (ORD-HKG-SIN) delayed last night from 12:20 PM to 3:18 PM departure. Stated Crew, however no one able to confirm about it being the pilots. Once airborne, the captain did announce it was due to the last day of the month and a shortage of one pilot for our delay.

Unfortunately we missed our slightly earlier connection on SingAir to Singapore, but they put us back on 895 so we'll probably get in around 12:30-12:45 this morning.

Not a huge delay luckily.
