Local property developer Natural Park Plc is to team up with Singapore-based luxury hotel and resort developer Aman Resorts to develop 10 hotel projects in seven European countries.

The combined investment budget for the projects is Bt7 billion.

The target markets are Croatia, France, Greece, Italy, Russia, Tunisia and Turkey.

Natural Park CEO Sermsin Samalapa said the location of the first three properties would be finalised within the next three months, while the remaining projects will be concluded next year.

Construction of each project will take up to 18 months.
