There are a few pretty hip lounges in the Bangalore that are popping up. Alot of them also serve good non-Indian food (mostly fried). Contact me if you want the names of them--can't think of them offhand
Kingfisher is the beer of choice in Bangalore, and I actually grew quite attached to it!
If you're staying at a good hotel, the hotel will have some good non-Indian options as well.
