I have both right this moment (finishing a month on my Treo while my office has moved to Blackberry). Definitely pros and cons to both:

- I don't have giant man hands, but the Blackberry keyboard is definitely easier to manage
- The Treo is smaller but quite a bit heavier
- I'm going to miss the camera and video on the Treo
- The Blackberry seems quite a bit faster for web browsing and email than my Treo was
- I'm going to miss the sweet sounding alarm on my Treo

Just a few thoughts...
