Go to Hong Kong, change money at one of numerous stalls all over (seek out the best rate). Take money back home. Easy and simple.

Do be aware that sometimes the rates listed in Chinese and in English differ in Hong Kong so always pay attention to the Chinese rate usually pasted on the window. When they differ the Chinese rate is substantially better than the English rate!
