Unfortunately, no. I flew out of DEL a few months ago and all I could find was a small upstairs restaurant/lounge combo (the lounge belonged to Jet Airways but since it was next to the restaurant, I wasn't sure how employees could tell whether or not someone was with the airline). No showers, but at least there's AC and some quiet which can be a nice break from the usually crazy DEL boarding areas.
