Lounges on the way to India

In two weeks I'll be flying to India from Seattle, using the Atlantic route: SEA/IAD/FRA/HYD, and back: DEL/FRA/IAD/SEA. The FRA/HYD and DEL/FRA segments are codeshares, operated by LH.

I'll be in F, and fortunate enough that UA actually operates 3 class aircrafts on SEA/IAD (763s unfortunately, but hey, that's nicer than domestic F!)

I have a couple of questions regarding lounges. This is my first time travelling in F to Asia.

On the way to HYD:
  1. In IAD I understand I can use the IFL.
  2. Once in FRA am I allowed to use the Arrivals by United lounge, considering that I'm not actually "arriving" (one more segment to go)? It has showers so I'd love to use it.
  3. Still in FRA, it looks like I then have a potential choice of LH lounges: Senator, Business, First Class. This might be a question for LH flyers but I'm hoping someone can help. The plane to HYD has two classes only. Am I eligible for the First Class lounge? If not, what's nicer: Senator or Business?
On the way back to Seattle:
  1. In DEL: is there any lounge with showers? I couldnt find any information anywhere, which means that the answer has to be no
  2. In FRA: is it worth using the LH Arrivals lounge, and then the UA IFL? What showers are nicer?
  3. In IAD: no Arrivals Am i allowed to use the IFL again? Or is the RCC the only option at this point, considering that my next segment is a domestic flight? Again, would love to have a shower there.
Thank you! Probably dumb questions, but I couldnt find any clear answers anywhere!
