Unfortunately, unlike with most other airlines, elite members seem to have no higher standby priority with airtran than regular members.
Elite members are however always able to get on a flight if they paid a "Full Y" or upgrade to "Full Y"
Otherwise my guess is that the standby priority is:
-Full Y fare
-Time of request
