That's too bad. Their operation in B actually was quite good provided you avoided the security checkpoint right next to the HP ticket counter. The US station manager at DFW, Alan Ross, is by far the best station manager in the US system. He used to be at MSP and did a remarkable job tripling his staff size 3 years ago. I am really glad that he beat out the old US station manager there.
You had problems at the security line next to the old HP ticket area? Wow..I always walked right through that one without problems. We were always dropped off by the one at the end of the terminal and the line for that one was miles long but I'd stroll down to the one by HP and voila, there were maybe 10 people in line. This was back in 2004 and some in 2005 but never seemed to be bad.
