My parents flew from miami to london on aa in biz class and were connecting to london in coach on ba to nairobi but were not allowed in the ba lounge. I was told before as long as the flight you are going to or came from is business class or higher on any oneworld carrier you can use the ba lounge. They didn't have status but coming from aa biz was supposed to get them in. Can I get them compensation for not letting them in
