I've flown BJS-FNJ. That is an international flight and it crosses over North Korea. In fact, it even lands there!

Afganistan routings are pretty common on flights to North India/Bangladesh, Thailand. I remember getting a superb view of the sun setting over the mountains and seeing Kabul twinkling in the twilight.
