I was there in may. It was very nice. I heard no construction noise yet I must say I was in the set of buildings farthest away from the construction.

I have found that one has to be very careful about tripadvisor.com .... it's seems sometimes to be a haven for those who love to whine. I suspect those who are unhappy for some reason are ten times more likely to post a complaint on there that those who are happy with a place.
