If you practice, you can bring your pants and underwear to the front and not get anything on it. Also, practice with your purse/bag on you - I've never seen a hook on the door.

For the soap paper, look in the travel/trial size aisle at Target. Crabtree & Evelyn also have these. I always carry a pack of the antibacterial Wet Ones in my bag as well as purell.
