What Northwest should be doing right now is re-evaluating every customer service effecting decision they have made in the past two years both on the ground and inflight, and quickly reverse those decision that have driven their core customers away. At the same time, they should be reaching across to labor and give an outline of what they will do moving forward to restore mutual respect between labor and management.

Maybe after a real indication as well as progress that all of the above is really ocurring, then Doug can start touting their "new priorities" and that will be the airline I'll start giving my revenue to again.
