maybe he meant Customer Serviced I left and wont come back til doug is long gone. Im very happy with UAs concept of charging more for a better product. UA just blew away the stock analyst's quarterly estimates by more than double. This just proves that you can be profitable without alienating your customers by cutting everything. Doug needs to figure out if NW wants to compete with Southwest or World Carriers. It seems to me that NW can't do both.

I also wonder how all the employees will feel after taking all the cuts. (certainly not dougs vision). NW purposely kept fares LOW during negotiations. My bet is after BK, fares will go up alot and Doug and his cronies will give themselves big raises. That should make the workers really happy
