Welcome to FlyerTalk! The very first date that I picked (since you didn't give any specific dates) was Dec 13. On that day, I see SkySaver availability from ATL to both PUJ and STI.

For POS, it doesn't look like any DL Award seating is loaded yet. Have you tried calling SMS?
