3) deepening the divide between the airline and its core customers
4) finding new and unique ways to cheapen the product, reduce its quality and alienate revenue generating customers in favor of offering cheap thrills to once-a-year flyers on discount tickets who want a better seat
5) failing to develop one single quantifiable enhancement to the inflight product that would make a seat on NWA more desirable than one on Delta, Continental or any other competitor
But if one really wanted to continue, it would eat up a ton of bandwidth counting the ways this man has put the airline at the bottom of the list for cusomer ameneties. I'll believe the "enhancements" when I see 'em.
