I second that. The few times I have used BWI on personal travel then that's been my choice. On business trips I pay the $30/day but I think it may have dropped to $20 for the close-in garage?
I think any of these private companies are probably better. They follow you to the car and provide immediate service to the terminal. Pick-up has been decent.
TSA is awful at BWI. Long lines and slow. I prefer IAD if that's a good reference.
