Contest Name: Full Throttle Sturgisfest Giveaway (the “Contest”)

Contest Dates: Beginning July 5, 2006, and ending July 30, 2006.

Register by logging on to the Clear Channel Online Music & Radio contest website accessible through participating station websites and complete the on-line registration form. Deadline for registration is 11:59 p.m. EST on July 30, 2006. One entry per person per day. You must register on a radio station, television station or affiliate website and reside within 75 miles of the station’s listening or viewing area (a radio station’s Total Survey Area (TSA) or a television station’s Designated Marketing Area (DMA)). Valid contest entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. Void in Rhode Island.

Prize(s).
The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) is a trip for two (2) 66th Annual Sturgis Bike Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota. Trip consists of round-trip airfare from a U.S. metropolitan airport closest to winner’s residence for the winner and one (1) guest to Sturgis, South Dakota, arriving Monday August 7, 2006, and departing Sunday, August 13, 2006, seven (7) days and six (6) nights hotel accommodations in Sturgis, South Dakota or surrounding area subject to availability at a location determined by the Company (August 7 – August 13, 2006), Seven day rental use vehicle as determined by the Company subject to availability.
