After several calls to both AGR and Bank of America, I finally got my points. I called the "WorldPoints Concierge" at 1-800-434-8313 option 4. That person took my information yesterday, and the points appeared today. I was told that Bank of America will be reissuing the cards and until the new cards come out, I can expect to have the same problem.
