I travelled to Male from London with Sri Lankan in April. After travelling I realised I should have signed up for the Skywards programme (and did). I looked on the Sri Lankan web site to fill in the form to ask for miles credits. However it asked for a ticket number and I couldn't see a suitable length number on my ticket (the old carbon backed ones). I emailed their help desk but got no reply. Any advice welcome please on (1) getting an answer or (2) working out the ticket number. Hopefully I'm not too late (only recently found this forum),
