Yesterday I booked an intinerary on all Air New Zealand flights. The intinerary came up about $110 cheaper through United.bomb than any other engine I looked. (ITA Software, orbits etc) Also about $140 cheaper than calling ANZ direct.

I ended doing some digging around and after calling my travel agent, we found that United.bomb was neglecting to add the NZ fuel surcharge. She was able to bring up the same fare in this case, but when she started the ticketing process the surcharge was added.

After purchasing the tickets I showed her my booking and she was still unable to duplicate it without the fuel surcharge. Was not sure which forum to post this in, but figured it would be most helpful to the United folks. It's not too often that a .bomb glitch goes in our favor. If anyone is building a NZ itin in the near future, they might want to check this out.
