Germany-Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Munich, Berlin-Schoenfeld
France-Paris (CDG & Orly)
Britain-London (Heathrow & Gatwick)
Switzerland-Zurich
Netherlands-Amsterdam
Belgium-Brussels

In Switzerland, don't forget GVA (Geneva). Toronto (YYZ) has access to the subway via a short bus ride. LGA also has access to the subway via public bus.
