This is a good thread. Its one thing I consider when flying into a European airport, if I don't want to rent a car or mess around with buses.

Germany-Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Munich, Berlin-Schoenfeld
France-Paris (CDG & Orly)
Britain-London (Heathrow & Gatwick)
Switzerland-Zurich
Netherlands-Amsterdam
Belgium-Brussels

There are certainly many more. Some of my US favorites are EWR, PHL, DCA, SFO (transfer station).
