AFAIK, the current list of rail-linked Japanese airports is NRT (2 x heavy), HND (heavy & monorail), NGO (heavy), ITM (monorail), KIX (2 x heavy), FUK (subway), CTS (heavy), KMI (heavy), OKA (monorail) and, before the end of the year, SDJ (heavy).
