My sis got her RA welcome kit two weeks ago and it contained
a referral cert valid till Dec 2006
a WNC valid till Mar 2007
a 5k points cert valid till 06/2007

So it looks like a 6/9/12 month validity for referral/WNC/points certs respectively.
