I prefer row 3 or 4. Puts you in the middle of the "main" Envoy cabin. You should get your first meal choice and not stuck in the back or in the mini-cabin to the rear. I usually choose row 1 on the flight to Europe and row 3 on the return when I don't plan on sleeping, but row 4 is equally fine.
