Thanks for your review. (I also checked out your other review)

A few comments if you don't mind. I fly both UA and AA, but in contrast to you I hold status on AA and have a UA MP Visa for miles for upgrades on UA. I also have never flown AA in/out of BOS or UA in/out of LAX but have read many threads on both and have come to the conclusion that BOS is to AA what LAX is to UA. Under staffed, bad attitudes, etc. I would not take either of those airports' staffs as representative of their respective airlines' staff in general. Just my 2¢.

FWIW, I like both airlines equally and find their service and product offering to be comparable. UA and AA each have their plusses and minuses that make them stand out. Those little differences along with where each of us flies, what class we fly in, and where we live helps us determine which airline is a better fits our individual needs. I think those of us who fly both airlines are the luckiest, as it allows us to have a more flights to choose from.
