Well, what a really good thread!

I too received a paper statement for one of my cards I know absolutely definetly I have setup up as online only so I was rather surprised to see one in the post this morning!

I assume this is a one off then based on what everyone else said above. I'll log back in and check anyway if its defaulted to paper and needs to be changed back.
