following up on earlier comments I found this:
The former Hotel Makedonija in Cavtat, a small town located on the very south of the Adriatic coast, in less than two years will become an elite facility with five star rating and will be the propriety of the most luxurious hotel chain Aman Resorts.Namely, the owner of this chain Adrian Zech purchased the Hotel Makedonija in May of this year and announced the pulling down of the old and construction of a new hotel facility with five star rating which will, instead of the current 100 rooms, offer 24 rooms on 84 square metres and 12 apartments in 166 square metres. Along with this, it will have a large wellness and spa centre which will extend over 80 square metres.
Into the hotel, which will be opened within two years, will be invested between 15 and 20 million Euro and will employ about 80 employees from Cavtat and surrounding area and as announced only the general manager and main chef will be foreigners.
