I was referring to PREMIUM PASSENGERS as could easily be deduced from my next sentence which said (AND YOU CHOPPED), "Most will allow their FF Elite passengers (or at least top elites) to do so as well. The few that do not will allow bags heavier than 23kg for a minimal charge, BA will not."
